Sraboni has worked in advertising, branding and consumer insight for over eighteen years. Currently she heads the Brand and Consumer Insight function at Futurebrands. Her work takes her into every corner of India and helps her keep a finger on the pulse of a fast changing India. She has a keen interest in popular culture and is devoted to catching every Bollywood release.
A Psychologist by training, she began her career as a Clinical Psychologist before moving to the corporate world. Her doctoral work is in the area of Organizational culture. Cascading the brand internally and aligning the brand values to the organizational culture is her special area of interest.
